2 medium Turnips, chopped 3 cups Water, bring to a biol 1/4 cup Cream 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp lemon juice 4 Peppercorns, crushed 2 dashes Sea salt, to taste

Preparation |
Bring enough water to cover the turnips to a boil. Cut the turnips into cubes and boil with salt, peppercorn, about 15 minutes in a covered saucepan. Mash the turnips with fork or put into a food processor or blender. Add butter and put back on heat to a simmer until liquid is absorbed. Add lemon juice. This turned out more like soup. It was fantastic though.
