Preparation |
1. Using a non-stick pan, brown the turkey and sausage. Once browned, set aside or toss right into your crockpot.
2. Chop up all your veggies. Starting with the onions, put into your non-stick and saute with the liquids left behind by your meat. Then add your two peppers, your spices. Once the peppers and onions are mixed and soft, add to your crockpot.
3. Add the rest of the your ingredients into the crock. Turn on low and let simmer all day long. ______________________________________________________________________ Per Serving: 338 Calories; 14 g Fat; 5 g Sat Fat; 78 mg Cholesterol; 3064 mg Sodium; 10 g Carb; 3 g Fiber; 42 g Protein. |
