1/2 lb Ground beef 1/3 tbsp Onion, minced 17 1/2 g Taco seasoning, (1/2 packet) 1/4 cup Water 10 Eggs 1 cup Cheddar cheese Salsa Shredded lettuce
Brown meat with minced onion in 10-inch skillet. Drain. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2 minutes. Beat eggs and pour over mixture. Cover pan and turn heat to low. Cook 10-12 minutes until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese and cover skillet until cheese melts.
