Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp Dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp Black pepper, ground
1 1/2 tbsp Coriander, ground
1 1/2 tbls Paprika
1 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Garlic powder
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in a pestal & Mortar. Grind until fine. Store in
a glass jar.

2. When ready to use, rub over both sides of steak and let marinate
between 1 and 2 hours at room temp.

Do not panic on the numbers. That is the whole jar's worth. Youare probably
going to get 60 steaks out of this.

Note
It was pretty hot. I could see this with added items for a marinade. I would add a bit of oil or even sherry or congnac.
