Spam Salad

2 servings Spam, 1 can
2 cups Lettuce
1 Tomato
4 oz Cheddar cheese
6 tsp Mustard
1. Cut Spam into cubes, and fry them in a non stick skillet until they are browned and a little crispy on the outside.
2. While Spam is cooking, cube tomatoes and cheese, arrange over a bed of lettuce.
3. Pour cooked Spam on top of salad. Top with mustard.
