Ingredients |
1 tbsp Olive oil 1 lb chicken breast, (4 breast) 5 large Mushroom, chopped 2 stalks Celery, chopped
SAUCE
1/2 cup Heavy cream 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 2/3 cup Parmesan Regianno Cheese, grated 1 tsp cloves, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg 1 tsp Thyme

Preparation |
1. In a skillet add olive oil, heat on med-high. Toss in mushroom and celery. Saute until soft. Remove and put in chicken breast.
2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, add the ingredients for the sauce. Slowly melt the cheese. Stir often.
3. Serve the chicken over your veggie of choice. Pour a few tablespoons of sauce over the top. |
