500 g ricotta cheese, (room temperature)
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 tsp fresh parsley
5 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
2 medium eggs
same concept with covering the bottom of your baking dish with a little of
the red sauce, filling the crepes, and pouring remaining sauce over top.
sprinkle alittle more parmy over top, bake 20 mins. sadly, each crepe is
considered a serving, at 7.6 gr carb per serve.
