1/2 cup protein powder 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, (not soda) 2 1/2 tbsp Creamed cottage cheese 1/2 tub philly cream cheese 3 tsp vanilla extract 3 eggs

| Preparation |
1. soften/melt cream cheese in microwave
2. mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients mix well by hand (remember cottage cheese lumps won't go away) If it's too thick, add a little water until you get desired pancake batter consistency You don't want it too runny. If you accidentally get it too runny, just add a little more protein powder.
3. Cook it up just like pancakes. They will cook a little slower and be a little fragile, but if you let it cook most of the way through before you turn it, they'll be fine.
4. Serve with butter and the jam mixed with thickened cream.
