Ingredients
100 gr Almond Meal
2 large Egg, beaten
1/2 tsp Baking powder
25 gr Butter, melted
Preparation
Mix ingredients together, place in a greased cake pan. Bake at 180c (350f) for 20 minutes.
This bread is so fluffy. I could see making a sandwich on this.
