1 1/2 cups Green Beans 2 oz Mozzarella, torn 2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted 2 tsp Olive oil, drizzled over beans

Preparation |
This is an easy one. I actually use frozen green beans for this. Put them in the dish, toss on torn cheese and sprinkle toasted pine nuts over it all.
