Green Beans w Pine Nuts

1 1/2 cups Green Beans
2 oz Mozzarella, torn
2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted
2 tsp Olive oil, drizzled over beans
This is an easy one. I actually use frozen green beans for this. Put them in the dish, toss on torn cheese and sprinkle toasted pine nuts over it all. Drizzle the top with Olive Oil and put in the oven you are using for a roast (about 325-350F) for 15 minutes or until the cheese is starting to brown.
Per Serving: 112 Calories; 7 g Fat; 4 g Sat Fat; 22 mg Cholesterol; 111 mg Sodium; 7 g Carb; 3 g Fiber; 7 g Protein.
