Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sherry cooking wine
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp Ginger, minces
1 tsp thyme
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 lb Pork chops, (up to 4 chops)
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients except the meat; mix well.

Place the pork chops in a large plastic bag; pour in the marinade. Work the air out of the bag and close tightly. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight,
turning the chops once in a while if convenient.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees or a convection oven to 325 degrees. Or you can grill it at medium heat. Remove the chops from the marinade and place on a rack in a roasting pan. When it is to your liking, let rest on the counter 10 minutes; slice and serve.

If you are feeling like an adventure. Give a bit of the marinade and saute some Bok Choi or spinach.
