1 head Broccoli 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated finely 1 bag Pork Rinds 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Pepper, ground 1 tsp Salt 1 cup canola oil 2 medium Egg
1. Cut the broccoli into flowerettes. Set aside. 2. Grate parmesean cheese. I use the grated in the bag and then blitz it in the food processor. Works well. Do the same to the bag of pork rines (Crackle). Add the dry seasoning into the mix. Blitz one more time. 3. Using egg, make a wash for the broccoli. Dip the broc in the egg, then dredge in the mixture. 4. Deep fry until golden brown.
