1/2 medium Cucumber, chopped 1 large Red pepper, deseeded and finely chopped 1/2 medium Onion, red, chopped finely 4 tbsp Red wine vinegar 1 tsp Splenda Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp Thyme
1. Leaving the skin on, chop in to cube the cucumber. Toss in the bowl.
2. Take one red hot pepper. Scrap out the seeds and chop finely, Toss in bowl.
3. Same for red onion...this is easy, huh?
