Chilli-Dog Bake

Ingredients
4 medium Eggs
120 g Atkins Bake Mix, (1 cup)
10 Hot Dogs, cut up into 1/2 inch pieces
558 g Hot Dog Chilli Sauce, we use Walmart Great Value brand (2 10.5 oz cans)
1/4 cu[ Green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
28 g Frenches Cheddar French Fried Onions, (1/2 cup)
Preparation
1. Beat together eggs and bake mix.

2. Slice hot dogs into 1/2" pieces. Stir hot dogs, chilli sauce, cheese and green onions into egg mix.

3. Pour into 9x13 baking dosh. Bake at 350f for 40-45 minutes till it looks set in the middle.

4. Top with remaining cheese and french fried onions. Bake a further 5 minutes or till cheese is melted.
