Cheese Herb Instant Bread

100 g Almond Meal
1/4 cup soy flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Gluten Flour, heaping
1 tbsp Canola oil, or melted butter
3 large eggs
1/2 tbsp Oregano
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1. Mix all dry ingredients, then add all wet ingredients, mix well.Pour into small bread loaf (whipe all the tray surfaces with butter or spray non-stick). Bake for approx 25 minutes on 190C.

2. On the 100 grams Almond Meal (recommend the finely ground blanched kind v/s coarse un-blanced kind)
Per Serving: 140 Calories; 12 g Fat; 2 g Sat Fat; 7 mg Cholesterol; 65 mg Sodium; 2 g Carb; 0.87 g Fiber; 4 g Protein.
