1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal
2 tbsp Almonds, chopped
2 tbsp Cream, w/ added water to make 1/2 cup
1 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Jelly, Sugar Free, flavor of choice

When measuring your cream, you want to add 2 Tbsp to a 1/2 measuring cup. After adding the cream, top up your measuring cup with water. We chose chopped almonds, but you can use any nut you like.. hazelnuts, macadamias, or even sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds.

Add all the ingredients into one bowl, or ramekins. Heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes depending on your microwave. Serve hot. I actually make it up in a tub and bring it to work with me.
Per Serving: 300 Calories; 24 g Fat; 7 g Sat Fat; 33 mg Cholesterol; 24 mg Sodium; 15 g Carb; 11 g Fiber; 9 g Protein. 4 Grams of digestible Carbs


We were told by the lady at the health food store that Flax Seed and Linseed are the same thing. Maybe some fresh strawberries or raspberries would be good.
