Preparation |
1. Put a bit of oil in a saucepan. Add your garlic until soft. Using a wood spoon, press the garlic on the botton of the pan. 2. Take the Parmesean cheese and melt in a saucepan. Do not burn. Stir often and heat slow. Crumble in the blue cheese, followed by the cream. The amount of the cream may vary depending on how thick you like the sauce. Once all melted, simmer a bit, watch it does not stick. 2. Cook your steak as you wish. Let set for a few minutes when down, cut into strips. 3. Minutes before serving add the basil to your sauce with the salt and pepper. Drizzle sauce over the meat. This would also work with Chicken. ______________________________________________________________________ Per Serving: 439 Calories; 36 g Fat; 14 g Sat Fat; 90 mg Cholesterol; 261 mg Sodium; 1 g Carb; 0.10 g Fiber; 26 g Protein. |
