1. Cut the broccoli into flowerettes. Set aside. 2. Grate parmesan cheese. I use the grated in the bag and then blitz it in the food processor. 3. Mix together eggs, cream, salt& parmesan. dip broccoli in batter. 4. Deep fry until golden brown.
