Ingredients
6 medium Pork Chops, (each about 4oz each)
1 cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup Apple juice
2 tbsp Lime juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Ginger, (fresh ginger if you have it.)
1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
2 package Splenda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Preparation
1. Pour all ingredients to a marinade bowl. If you have a cover, that is better.
2. Add the chops to the mix and cover. Marinade for 4-12 hours. I did it for shorter, it is good, but not like you want it.
3. To cook, grill chops on medium-high heat for about 12 minutes each side. In a broiler, I would put it in for about 7 minutes per side. If are using boneless chops, only go about 12 minutes total on the grill.
4. As the meat cooks, pour marinade on the meat. Keeps it juicy.

Note
I actually was shooting for a bit of fusion cooking...the ol' Chops and Apple Sauce with a bit of the carribean in there. The ground fresh ginger really sent a zing through it. I think you will enjoy it.
