6 medium Pork Chops, (each about 4oz each) 1 cup Chicken broth 1/2 cup Apple juice 2 tbsp Lime juice 1 clove Garlic, minced 1/2 tsp Ginger, (fresh ginger if you have it.) 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp Ground cloves 2 package Splenda 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation |
1. Pour all ingredients to a marinade bowl. If you have a cover, that is better. 2. Add the chops to the mix and cover. Marinade for 4-12 hours. I did it for shorter, it is good, but not like you want it. 3. To cook, grill chops on medium-high heat for about 12 minutes each side. In a broiler, I would put it in for about 7 minutes per side. If are using boneless chops, only go about 12 minutes total on the grill. 4. As the meat cooks, pour marinade on the meat.
