12 oz marinated artichoke hearts, get the jarred kind, chop up 3 oz Parmesan cheese, (3/4 cup) grated 1/2 cup mayonnaise, (soy mayo, not real) 6 oz cream cheese
Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients together Bake at 350, uncoverred until top is browned. Makes 2 cups. 32 servings of 1 Tbsp. Brigitte did give us the tip, get the already marinated jars of Artichokes. The only thing I would warn on this recipe is it can get out of hand. :-) Per Tbsp, it arrives at 2g. The entire recipe is approximately 65grams carbs.
