1 1/2 tbsp Ground cardamom
1 1/2 tbsp Ground ginger
1 1/2 tbsp Ground black pepper, (Penzey's telicherry extra bold)
1 tbsp Ground turmeric
1 tbsp Ground cumin
1 tbsp Ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp Ground allspice
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
Preparation
Mix ingredients well in small bowl. Can be stored in airtight container for several weeks.
