16 oz Ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp sage rubbed
1/4 tsp black pepper ground
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp red pepper crushed
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp MSG, (such as Accent flavor enhancer)
Combine all ingredients for the flavor of your choice in a medium bowl. Form
the sausage into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until brown.

Makes 1 pound of sausage.

We actually tried it with beef, it was fantastic.
